Why is it that when you heat dough you get bread, but when you heat bread you get toast?
Are you wondering why you can't just go from dough directly to toast? Did we just invent a new product?
Exactly. Why can't I buy a loaf of toast? It would save me a good minute once every month or two when I have toast.
I think there's demand for that.
